Who we are
The Arts Collective (TAC) is a registered not-for-profit (NFP) organization located within London, Ontario. We help new and emerging local artists display artwork in a professional gallery space for free, along with some guidance and marketing. TAC’s secondary function is helping local performing artists such as musicians or dance troupes by hiring them for art events. TAC partners with local artists and Youth Opportunity Unlimited.
TAC was established in 2015 by Co-founders Jennifer Howard (nee Collins), Alexandra Kane and Matthew Farrant. TAC is now developing a strong business structure, including Pillar Non-Profit Membership, website design, unique branding, bringing on additional qualified board members, and establishing new community partners to help further the growth of this volunteer-led organization.
TAC embraces all levels of diversity in our community. TAC is committed to hiring and representing people from diverse backgrounds, such as people of varying race, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religious and political beliefs.
Currently, TAC is looking for London and area community partners, including educational institutions, local businesses and art galleries to “graduate” our burgeoning artists into. If you’d like to get involved today please contact us.
